Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Barril de Alva without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Antiga muralha do castelo de Côja in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Brasão de família do Séc. XVIII is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Barril de Alva is 18:00, local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
When a funeral service is held at Igreja Matriz de Côja, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Igreja de Lourosa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Flag Hotel Convento do Desagravo, Vila Pouca da Beira, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
An order addressed to União de Freguesias de Côja e Barril de Alva should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Lagar do Alva, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
