A flower order for Gambao can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Simon Bolivar are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Gambao, use the destination’s 18:00 local cutoff. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Cabeço, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Porto Bay Serra Golf, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to Enotel Golf Santa da Serra? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Porto Bay Serra Golf is listed at Sítio dos Casais Próximos; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica Santo António da Serra? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escola Básica do Porto da Cruz, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola EB +1 das Covas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Capela da Nossa Senhora da Penha de França, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Capela das Preces, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Igreja do Porto da Cruz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Segurança Social do Faial accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For an address in Forca dos Ratos, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Casa De Chá do Faial, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
