Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Madureira online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escola EB1 de Amoreira da Gândara, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escola do Ensino Básico do 1° Ciclo de Ancas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escola do Ensino Básico do 1° Ciclo de Fogueira, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Capela Nossa Senhora da Boa Sorte, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Capela Nossa Senhora do Parto are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Capela da Póvoa do Forno, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Quinta de São Lourenço, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Address flowers for someone at Junta de Freguesia da União de Freguesias de Amoreira da Gândara, Ancas e Paredes do Bairro with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Retirogest, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
