Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Terreiros without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Same-day orders for Terreiros close at 18:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Carvalhal, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Residencial S. Miguel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
If the service takes place at Capela de São Sebastião, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Oratório da Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Oratório da Nossa Senhora de Fátima, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Basto Vila Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Address flowers for someone at Junta de Freguesia de Outeiro with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Grelhados e Companhia needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
