Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Dolni Poustevna can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Carolo in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Dolni Poustevna. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
For a service at Kostel svatého Michaela archanděla, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Panna Marie de Mercede, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Zelený dům, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
An order for a staff member at Městský úřad Dolní Poustevna should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A delivery timed for a meal at Coco Restaurace needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
