Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Svetla Hora, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Pomník bývalé školy are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Svetla Hora is 14:00. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Where the delivery address includes Světlá, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Paramon, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When a funeral service is held at kaple Nejsvětější Trojice, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at sv. Barbora are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at sv. Michaela Archanděla, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Holzberg, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Obecní úřad - Světlá Hora, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a table booked at U Železné Koníka, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
