Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Památník holocaustu is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Rakouský památník bitvy r.1813 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

If the service takes place at Rotunda svatého Jiří a svatého Vojtěcha, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Evangelická modlitebna, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Interhotel Bohemia, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.

Before placing a workplace order for Krajský úřad Ústeckého kraje, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
