A flower order for El valle can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For a recipient whose address is in Barrio Lindo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel San Gabriel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Basica El Cabao? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escuela Primaria, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel La Esperanza, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When ordering for a recipient at Alcaldia El Valle (En Construccion), check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
An address in Bella Vista should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
