Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Boma Ng'ombe, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Sending to Boma Masai Garden? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. For a guest at Mango Bed & Breakfast, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for Mhero Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Mukwasa Day Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at SIKIRARI SECONDARY SCHOOL, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Hai Lutheran Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Kingereka Lutheran Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Noor-Kware, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at B-More Comfort Stay, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
An order for a staff member at Maji Water & Irrigation Authority should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When entering an address in Magadini, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Snow View, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
