Send flowers to Kayanga from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Kayanga is 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Sending to a patient at Eden Dispensary calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. If you are sending flowers to someone at Neema Dispensary, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. The street address listed for Eden Dispensary is Kayanga; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Hosana primary school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Kayanga shule ya msingi, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Kazoba Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at APROF, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at ELCT Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Efatha Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for ELCT Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For someone working at Kayanga Prison, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
A delivery timed for a meal at ELCT Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending to GSS Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Novat top view hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
