Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Picha ya Ndege. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Picha ya Ndege is 16:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Njuweni Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Kibaha Girls Secondary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Football Groud is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Fransalian Mission School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Africa Inland Church Kibaha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at KKKT Kibaha are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Kanisa Pentecost, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with KCC HOTEL before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
If the recipient works at Bemellin Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
