You do not need to be in Kilija to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Bohdan Khmelnytskyi are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Kilia Fortress, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at School No. 2, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at St. Nicholas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For an address in Maiaky, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
