Order before 13:30 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Kozacke. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sokil.
A flower order for someone staying at Winery Prince Trubetskoy should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Revlan, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Before ordering for a guest at Slavutych, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The listed address for Winery Prince Trubetskoy is Свиридова вулиця 3; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at PREMIER, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
