For a recipient in Gourock, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Flywheel and Anvil in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For a recipient whose address is in Boglestone, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Royal Marine Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Ardenslate House Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at Clydeview Academy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Inverclyde Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Finnart St Paul's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Modan's Parish Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at St Patrick's are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Premier Inn, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending to a workplace such as Greenock Sheriff Court, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Craigendoran.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Kai Smokehouse, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
