You do not need to be in Hastings to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Catherine Cookson in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Charles Dickens are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Planning a same-day delivery in Hastings? The ordering deadline is 18:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Belmont.
For a patient at Conquest Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The location listed for Conquest Hospital is The Ridge; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before ordering for a guest at Premier Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Travelodge, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Astral Lodge, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Premier Inn is listed at John Macadam Way 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at The Salvation Army, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Christ Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Holy Trinity Hastings, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Hastings Law Courts accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the destination is in Bachelor's Bump, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A tribute addressed to Hastings Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at PizzaExpress, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a delivery to a teacher at Mulberry Academy Hastings, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
