You can send flowers to someone in Khiwa even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Arab Muhammadkhan Madrasah in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Matpana Baya Madrasah is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Khiwa. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Khiva palace, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with BEK Hotel Khiva before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For flowers addressed to a guest at Euro-Asia Khiva Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Hotel Khiva palace has a listed address of A.Temur; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to 16-Maktab, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at 4-maktab, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Music School Number 5 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Bagbanli Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Friday Mosque (Juma Mosque), ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Said Ata Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Davlat Kadastrlari Palatasining Xiva Shahar Filiali should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
An address in Tazaqiyat should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Baxt qasri toʻyxonasi, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
