Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Shahrisabz online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For delivery on the same day in Shahrisabz, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Ammag'on.
If you are sending to a guest of "Dulon" uzbek national house museum hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel bek, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Kesh palace, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When arranging flowers for "Dulon" uzbek national house museum hotel, note its listed address, г. Шахрисабз, ул. Капкан, д.45 45; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to 1-maktab, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at College of Technology, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for maktab is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Hazrati Imam Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at masjid, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Hokimyat, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
An address in Choshtepa should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a table booked at Temurkhan, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
