Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Karpenision can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Karpenision is 14:00, local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Elvetia, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Kyklamino Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending flowers to 2nd Secondary School Karpenisi, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at 3rd Elementary School Karpenisi, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Karpenisi High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Aghios Efstathios, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Aghios Georgios, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Aghios Nektarios, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Chrysándra should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
An order for a staff member at Old City Hall Karpenisi should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bagasaki, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
