Same-day orders for Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo close at 16:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For an address in Caporanga, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check with Hotel San Juan before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Thale, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Avenida Coronel Clementino Gonçalves is the listed address of Hotel San Juan; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Paróquia São Benedito are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Paróquia Nossa Senhora das Graças, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Câmara Municipal de Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Estação.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizzaria Alcateia, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
