Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Cartagena de Indias online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by C. F. Arturo Prat Chacon in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Doña Soledad Román is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Cartagena de Indias is 15:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Blas de Lezo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Sending to Bastión Luxury Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with Makani Luxury Wanderlust before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for ESTELAR Cartagena de Indias Hotel & Centro de Convenciones, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Bastión Luxury Hotel has a listed address of Calle del Sargento Mayor 6-8; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Colegio Biffi is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Beverly Hills School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colegio Almirante Jhon Carlos Flórez Beltrán, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Catedral de Santa Catalina de Alejandría are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Iglesia de San Pedro Claver, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Iglesia Bautistas Reformada Luz de Vida, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Casa de Justicia - El Country, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Parque Heredia.
A delivery timed for a meal at Brasserie Montaigne needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Use the hospital’s full address for Centro Radio Oncológico Del Caribe, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
