Planning a same-day delivery in Ciudad Bolívar? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check with Hotel Los Vitrales before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Before ordering for a guest at Parque del Café, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before sending flowers to Cooperativo Alejandrino Restrepo, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escuela Resguardo indigena Hermeregildo Chakiama is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Parroquia San Bernardo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at KioskoResguardo Indigena Hermeregildo Chakiama, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For a table booked at Casa del Arriero, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
