Send your flower order for Bayahibe online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For someone in Barranca, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Catalonia Royal La Romana, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Sunscapes Dominicus La Romana, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending flowers to Centro educativo Sagrado Corazon de Jesus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Divina Pastora, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hilton La Romana, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
An order for a staff member at Sindico de Bayahibe should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A delivery timed for a meal at Buffet needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include plants and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
