When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Barrio Los Chivos, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for La Isabela, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. La Isabela is listed at Los Hidalgos - Villa Isabela; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehova's Witnesses, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient whose address is in El Mamey Arriba, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at La Isabela, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
