Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Mamburao is 17:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Abeleda, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check with the ward at Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. The street address listed for Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital is Mamburao-Paluan Road; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Mindoreños Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Juliet Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check that La Gensol Plaza Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The street address listed for Mindoreños Hotel is San Jose Street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Fatima Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Occidental Mindoro National High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Pola Minority School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Barangay 3 Hall accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
When the destination is in Budburan, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Cha Bhabe's Best Pulutan needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Flowers for a service at Lokal ng Mamburao, Iglesia ni Cristo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
