Send flowers to Santiago from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. An address in Baptista Village should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
When addressing flowers to a guest at GraceHill Econo Suites, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Santiago Cultural Institute, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Cathedral of Saint James the Greater, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at JCSGO - Jesus Christ Saves Global Outreach are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Mango Suite can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending to Renmar Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
If the recipient works at NTC - Isabela Field Office, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Where the delivery address includes Centro West, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a table booked at Max's Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
