Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Charleville-Mézières, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Monument aux morts de Mézières are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by War Memorial of Charleville in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Charleville-Mézières. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When the destination is in Manchester, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you cannot visit a guest at Kyriad Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Enzo Hôtels, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Sending to Hôtel de Paris? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Kyriad Hotel has a listed address of Place Jacques Bozzi; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Collège Léo Lagrange is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Lycée François Bazin, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée des métiers Simone Veil, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Chapelle Saint-Walfroy, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Temple protestant de Charleville-Mézières, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Basilique Notre-Dame d'Espérance, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the hospital’s full address for Centre Hospitalier Bélair, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
For flowers addressed to someone at Hôtel de Ville de Mézières, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Étion should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
