Same Day Delivery
You do not need to be in Cournon-d'Auvergne to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Cournon-d'Auvergne is 16:00, local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Address details for Centre d'Affaires du Zénith should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycée René Descartes, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Église Saint-Martin, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Notre-Dame-du-Lac, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Grande Mosquée de Cournon d'Auvergne, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Restaurant hotel de la Gare can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Check with the ward at Clinique Psychiatrique Les Queyriaux before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For a recipient at France Travail, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Where the delivery address includes Les Bucoliques, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Yuzu, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
