Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Luen Wo Hui can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Luen Wo Hui. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. An address in On Lok Tsuen Industrial Area should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a delivery to a teacher at CCC Kei San Secondary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Cheung Shan Monastery, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Tsung Kyam Tong are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Hong Kong Kun Chung Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Sheung Shui Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before arranging flowers for someone at North District Community Health Center, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
If the recipient works at North District Town Hall, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Lam Tsuen, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A tribute addressed to Gallant Garden should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
A delivery timed for a meal at TamJai SamGor needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
