Same Day Delivery
A florist in Shek Tong Tsui handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Boundary Stone, City of Victoria in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Former Marine Police Headquarters Compound are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Shek Tong Tsui is 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Kellett Bay, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the hospital’s full address for Tang Shiu Kin Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Maclehose Medical Rehabilitation Centre, and address the order to the hospital itself. Before sending to TWGHs Fung Yiu King Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. When arranging flowers for Tang Shiu Kin Hospital, note its listed address, 皇后大道東 Queen's Road East 282; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Conrad Hong Kong can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Check with Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at Pottinger Hong Kong, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The location listed for Conrad Hong Kong is 金鐘道 Queensway 88; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Lo Pan Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Kwong Fook I Tsz are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Ohel Leah Synagogue, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
An address in Mid-Levels Central should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Tung Wah Coffin Home, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. A tribute addressed to Chiu Yuen Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Ma Thai, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Island School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
