Same Day Delivery
A florist in Tai Po Kau handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Avalokiteśvara Statue in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as The 10th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Reunification Sculpture are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Tai Po Kau, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the recipient’s address is in Lam Tsuen, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Before ordering for a guest at Horizon Suite Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a guest at 大埔賓館 Tai Po Villa, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The location listed for Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is 澤祥街 Chak Cheung Street 18; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Renaissance College, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at The Education University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Ma On Shan Methodist Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Ting Wai Monastery, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Tai Po Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For an address in Tai Po Old Market, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Morningside College Dining Hall, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
