A florist in Tai Wai handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Memorial Stone of Shing Mun Reservoir is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Beginning of 10,000 Buddhas are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Tai Wai. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For a recipient whose address is in Butterfly Valley, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Use the hospital’s full address for Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. A flower order for a recipient at Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Shatin Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. The address for Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital is given as 杏林街 Heng Lam Street 10; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before ordering for a guest at Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Royal Park Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Hotel COZi · Oasis, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The location listed for Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin is 安平街 On Ping Street 1; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Wong Tai Sin Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Hong Kong China Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Chi Lin Nunnery, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the destination is in Sha Tin Heights, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a tribute addressed to Po Fook Memorial Hall, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Raphael's Catholic Cemetery (Cheung Sha Wan), check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at ClubONE Riviera, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a delivery to a teacher at International Christian School Shek Mun Campus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When several people are giving the flowers together at SKH Chu Oi Primary School (Lei Muk Shue), put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
A delivery for Lei Muk Shue Catholic Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
