Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Tsing Yi South online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Anchor of Seawise Giant is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Lai Chi Kok Bridge Monument in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Tsing Yi South, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When the destination is in Butterfly Valley, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When the recipient is at Kwai Chung Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Use the hospital’s full address for Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Kwai Chung Hospital has a listed address of 葵涌醫院道 Kwai Chung Hospital Road 3-15; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you are sending to a guest of Grand Bay View Hotel & Resort, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Heritage Lodge, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address for Grand Bay View Hotel & Resort is given as 青山公路 – 汀九段 Castle Peak Road - Ting Kau 123; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When a funeral service is held at Western Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Chuk Lam Sim Yuen, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Crown of Thorns' Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Chai Wan Kok, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If flowers are going to Raphael's Catholic Cemetery (Cheung Sha Wan), check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Friends of Years, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
A delivery for Hong Kong Baptist Convention Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a delivery to a teacher at SKH Chu Oi Primary School (Lei Muk Shue), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
