For delivery on the same day in Haldwani-cum-Kathgodam, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Chharayal.
When the recipient is at Sanjivani Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For a guest at Hotel Blue Saphire Countryside, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Chitrarth and Party Lawn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The listed address for Hotel Blue Saphire Countryside is Rampur Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Digamber Jain Mandir, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Golu Devta Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Har Saim Mandir, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Neelkanth Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before sending to a workplace such as Regional Transport Office (RTO), check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
An address in Dewarchaur Kham should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Karan De Cafe, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
