Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Kepulauan Yapen without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Tugu Serui is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Order before 14:30 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Kepulauan Yapen. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Maureen, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at Hotel Merpati, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for SD Cina Tua is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at SD. Yapis, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at SMA Negeri 1 Serui? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Church Jemat Aleteia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Church Pentecosta, Serui - Kota, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Church Pentekosta Alfa & Omega, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Kepala Dua before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending to a workplace such as Kantor Lurah, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Andom Roso needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
