Send your flower order for Neurim online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Olei HaGardom Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. A monument to Jewish fighters against the Nazis is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Nahalat Yehuda, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Shmuel Haroffe medical center, and address the order to the hospital itself. For a recipient at Assuta, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
A delivery for Be'er Ya'akov Yeshiva is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Yohana Jabotinsky Agricultural School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Bait Hakneset Hagadol, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Beit Yitzhak, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Chabad Kiryat Sharet, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Sadot, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Yitzhak Shamir Medical Center – Assaf HaRofeh Campus, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Before placing a workplace order for Agricultural Research Organization, Volcani Center, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Where the delivery address includes Talme Menashe, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If flowers are going to Old Rishon LeZion Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Pizza Hut, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
