Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Sesto Fiorentino without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Cippo Bambini del Vajont are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Cippo Caduti Partigiani in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Sesto Fiorentino is 16:30. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For an address in Colonnata, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode. When preparing the address in Italy, the postal line uses a five-digit CAP before the town, followed by the two-letter province code; retain the full postal information supplied by the recipient when entering the destination, including both the postcode and the province abbreviation.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Villa Donatello, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. The location listed for Villa Donatello is Via Attilio Ragionieri 101; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Ibis Firenze Nord Aeroporto can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at Novotel Firenze Nord Aeroporto, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to The Gate Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Ibis Firenze Nord Aeroporto has a listed address of Via Volturno 5; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Scuola elementare San Lorenzo, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Ist. Sec. di I grado "G.Pescetti", name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Scuola Elementare De Amicis? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at INPS, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in Osmannoro, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Autogrill Peretola Sud, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
