Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Astana Qalasy online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Bayterek is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Check that Hilton Astana can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When addressing flowers to a guest at Rixos President Astana, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Park Inn by Radisson Astana, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For delivery details relating to Hilton Astana, its listed address is Heydar Aliyev 14; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at International Steppe School of Astana, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to School of Medicine, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Step by step, языковой центр? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Beit Rachel Chabad Lubavitch, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Abu Nasir Al-Farabi Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Hazrat Sultan Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at National Scientific Medical Research Center needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
If the recipient works at Ak Orda Presidential Palace, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
An address in Family Village should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the delivery address is ritual service, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute. For a tribute intended for National Pantheon of Kazakhstan, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Daredzhani, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
