People locate the town by Memorial Museum of the Martyrs of the Revolution in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Fuming Commiunity, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When the recipient is at Tian He Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. Before arranging flowers for someone at Tianjin Gong'an Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Sending flowers to someone at Yaohua High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Tianjin 2nd Nankai High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Tianjin No. 21 High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Dabei Monastery, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at 望海楼天主堂 - Notre-Dame des Victoires, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Anligan Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Renaissance Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at China Medicinal Institute, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before placing a workplace order for Tianjin Civil Defense Administration, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Kiessling Restaurant, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
If the recipient is staying at Sheraton Tianjin Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Home Inn Plus, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
