The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Qinghuayuan Jiedao is 14:00. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Qinghuayuan.
A flower order for someone staying at WenJin Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. WenJin Hotel has a listed address of 成府路; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Tsinghua University High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Shiya Art School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a table booked at Mr. Lee, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
