The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Shoudu Jichang Jiedao. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Donghu, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A flower order for someone staying at Homeinns Inn Beijing Capital Airport should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If the recipient is staying at Crowne Plaza International Airport Beijing, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Haoya Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The location listed for Homeinns Inn Beijing Capital Airport is 天北路 Fuqian 1st; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at 24/72-hour International Transfer (Apply for leaving Airport), ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Where the delivery address includes Guangming, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a table booked at Air China Business Class Lounge, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
