Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Xianghuang Qi. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
For a delivery to a teacher at Xianghuangqi Comprehensive High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Xianghuangqi No.1 Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Hayinhai'erwa Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Xianghuangqi Government, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
