Same-day orders for Yongjing Xian close at 14:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Liujiaxia.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Jun Hai Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check that Xinhaiyuan Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Before sending flowers to Yimin Kindergarten, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at 7 Days Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before placing a workplace order for LiuJiaXia Town Government, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
When entering an address in Taiji, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Mo Mo Grilled Seafood Bar, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
