Send your flower order for Kratovo online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Petar Karposh in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Kratovo. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
For a patient at General Hospital Kratovo, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The address for General Hospital Kratovo is given as Никола Тесла 4; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Kratis should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Hotel Kratis has a listed address of Св. Ѓорги Кратовски 8; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Church of St. George of Kratovo, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Center for Social Work - Kratovo should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Gostilnica Kaj Spiro, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and wine; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
