The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Kootwijkerbroek. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Check with Human & Horse Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The street address listed for Human & Horse Hotel is Harskamperweg 22; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Rehobothschool? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Gereformeerde Gemeente, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at De Rotssteen are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Hervormde Gemeente Kootwijk / Kootwijkerbroek, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
