A flower order for Long Bay can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Stone of Remembrance are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When entering an address in Browns Bay, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Albany Lodge and Conference Centre, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a service at Bible Baptist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Browns Bay Baha'i Centre, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Ramada, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a recipient at Hibiscus and Bays Local Board, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Fairview Heights should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a tribute intended for Pioneers Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
