Same Day Delivery
A florist in Mellons Bay handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Howick and Pakuranga First World War memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Lt. R. S. Judson's Oak Tree in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Howick Central, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Use the hospital’s full address for Picton Street Surgery, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Before sending flowers to Elim Christian College - Senior Campus, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Farm Cove Intermediate School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Macleans College, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Chinese Youth Church 恩光堂, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Christian Youth Church 恩光堂, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Botany SuperClinic, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
An order addressed to Howick Village Association should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For a recipient whose address is in Howick East, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a tribute addressed to Howick Funeral Home, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. For a tribute intended for Howick Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Good Home, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
