Send your flower order for Opua online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by 96th Regiment NZ Wars memorial plaque in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Okiato are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. For flowers addressed to a guest at Pioneer Apartments, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at The Bishop Selwyn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. You will find Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia listed at Marsden Road 104; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Opua School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Coast Guard Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Zane Grey's - The Aquarium, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
