Same Day Delivery
A florist in Schnapper Rock handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Daniel Lucas are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Glenfield War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Herald Island, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Marsden Suites Albany, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check with Ramada before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For an order addressed to Marsden Suites Albany, the listed location is Rosedale Road 40; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Vanguard Military School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Windy Ridge School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Raki Paewhenua, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Gurdwara Sahib North Shore, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Shore Community Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Albany Veterinary Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Check whether Auckland Council Albany Hub accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Where the delivery address includes Wairau Valley, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If flowers are going to Albany Village Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Denny's, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a recipient at Beach Haven Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
