Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Herriesville.
Before sending flowers to Te Aroha College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Wesley Hall, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Palace Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Use the hospital’s full address for Te Aroha Community Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
An order for a staff member at Matamata Piako should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For a tribute intended for Te Aroha Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at The Duck & Cover, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
