Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Waipapa. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Where the delivery address includes Horizons, retain the locality when filling in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Harvest Christian School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to OneSchool Global Kerikeri, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Cornerstone, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Avalon Resort, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
An order addressed to Kerikeri Customer Service Centre should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Lone Gum.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at GREENS, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
